The course is aimed at those learners qualified with a level 2 fitness qualification looking to be able to extend their knowledge and understanding of using a Suspension System for performance related fitness..
Other than this we do not set any other entry requirements for the qualification however other requirements may be required by the centre
By the end of the day attendees should:
- List the benefits of Kettlebell training.
- List and practically apply the safety considerations of training with a Kettlebell.
- Explain how the Kettlebell fits into a Functional Training Continuum.
- Demonstrate competent ability of the foundation exercises and drills.
- Demonstrate ability to progress, regress and vary exercises.
- Integrate KB exercises alongside other modes of training.
