This course is aimed at those learners qualified with a level 2 fitness qualification looking to be able to extend their knowledge and understanding of using a sandbag for performance related fitness.

Other than this we do not set any other entry requirements for the qualification however other requirements may be required by the centre.

The benefits of using a suspension system are massive! Even if you don’t think you need it, you do. All of the core muscles, all of the synergists and stabilisers fire by default.

We will teach you the basics of suspension system and how training with this can improve many client’s functions.

You will be fully competent in programme writing for individuals and groups.
